HELLO, I’M JADE

I would have once introduced myself as a quantum practitioner and energetic mechanic. These days, I find it increasingly difficult to locate myself within the available labels, as my work has moved beyond the healing sphere into a deeper philosophical, energetic and cultural inquiry into what it means to be a healer, a psychic and a human being in the modern world.

I am called to pursue the beauty and poeticism of the human as technology ~ the extraordinary intelligence encoded within the body, psyche, relationships, perception, creativity and existence itself. Through my own experiences, relentless inquiry and developing capacities, I have come to see the human as a living technology with languages, architectures and capacities that can be cultivated and consciously inhabited.

To learn the human is to begin touching something much larger than the human. We are physical, relational, symbolic, biological, psychic, ecological and cosmological beings, and my work is an ongoing pursuit of what becomes possible when these dimensions are allowed to converge.

To live with greater vibrancy, intimacy and connection, and to experience the richness of being human not as something to overcome, but as something to become deeply fluent in.

A LIFE IN THE HEALING ARTS

I have spent more than a decade immersed in the healing arts, beginning as a Registered Nurse working across surgical, aged and palliative care. For the last six-plus years, I have honed and refined my work in quantum bodywork, energetic mechanics and psychic perception through my own deeply visceral becoming; repeatedly having to loosen identities, structures and ways of knowing that once taught me to treat the body as territory to mend and defend.

I have learned there is a profound difference between knowing something conceptually and allowing it to change the way you exist.

My work has always emerged from that distinction.

MOTHERHOOD AS DESCENT

In 2023, I free-birthed my son, beginning a beautifully slow descent into embodied motherhood and womanhood. Motherhood opened me into new layers of primality, psychic capacity and surrender to a slower, softer and simultaneously wildly chaotic rhythm of being.

It also brought me into the depths of grief. A birth injury became one of my greatest teachers and deepest heartbreaks, forcing me into an entirely different relationship with my body and an enduring commitment to strengthening, inhabiting and knowing it in a profoundly physical sense.

In 2026, I free-birthed my daughter in a state of deep surrender. Her birth has became a kind of redemption ~ a return, renewal and reorganisation of self that continues to ripple through my work.

Motherhood has never been separate from the evolution of Sacred Wholeness.

THE WAY I SEE

I am a self-taught psychic. I have never quite fit inside the available moulds of psychic work, largely because I am not interested in prophecy or prediction.

I am interested in the architectural patterns of what is ~ the codes, structures, relationships, signals and invisible organisation beneath what is immediately apparent.

I have a voracious hunger for knowledge and an almost compulsive desire to follow a question wherever it leads. I read relentlessly, research across disciplines and pull seemingly disparate bodies of knowledge into conversation.

Nursing taught me one language of the body. Psychic perception taught me another. Motherhood has given me an entirely different kind of literacy. Writing has always been the through thread.

My work lives in the translation between these languages.

THE CAPACITIES

Over time, I have come to recognise a set of capacities that underpin how I work as an animate vessel:

✵ Metaboliser ~

To take in immense amounts of information and allow it to move through rather than simply accumulate. Energetic efficiency and responsible management of input/ouput.

✵ Translator ~

To move information between languages ~ symbolic, energetic, somatic and conceptual ~ and make it perceptible.

✵ Topographer ~

To sense the terrain: its contours, tones, textures, thresholds, repetitions, relationships and points of tension.

✵ Cartographer ~

To perceive the larger architecture and map how the individual connects to family, culture, ecology and system; as well as its geometrical expression.

✵ Creator ~

To take what has been perceived, experienced and metabolised and bring something new into form: the erotic act of transmissive conversion and transformation.

These capacities have emerged through living as much as through studying. They are not a methodology I arrived at from the outside, but ways I have learned to exist.

WRITING AS TECHNOLOGY

My work has always been inseparable from the poetically coded way I write, teach and share.

I am deeply interested in writing as an energetic technology ~ not simply a means of communicating an idea, but a form capable of moving information into and through the body.

My writing is provocative and promiscuous, and for a long time I felt timid about this. I have since claimed it as the way my divining tongue must move through the world.

I am interested in what happens when language stops behaving itself ~ when it becomes sensual, symbolic, disruptive, embodied and alive; when grammar and syntax loosen their grip and language becomes a meeting with the experience of creation itself.
